Place in microwaveable container, cover and heat on high for approx. 1.5 minutes (10 meatballs). 2.5 minutes 20 meatballs.
Note: based on 650W oven
Preheat oven to 200°C and cook for approx. 14-16 minutes (fan forced) or 17-19 minutes (conventional).
Shallow pan fry over medium heat on each sides for approx. 9-10 minutes turning regularly.
Grill on high heat for approx. 9 - 10 minutes, turning regularly.
